Civil Engineering Scope Consultation The planning of civil works, especially structural analysis, aims to provide a level of security in building construction to be carried out in the form of residences, office buildings,shopping centers, malls, hotels, apartments, and other civil construction. Our analysis uses structural analysis procedures in accordance with the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) and other reference standards that have been recognized in the planning process, in the form:

• Analysis of the structure (Upper Structure Building) of multi-storey buildings, wide span, industry, etc. by analyzing the integration of all elements of the structure, reinforcement, connections and loads that will work on a building structure.
  

• Analysis of planning the structure of the building foundation (Sub Structures Building) both shallow, medium and deep types of foundations, by first analyzing the results of investigations of soil laboratory investigations (Investigation soil report) in the area to be built.

• Planning analysis and design of road pavement construction both flexible pavement (Flexible Pavement) and rigid pavement (Rigid Pavement).

• Analysis of retaining wall construction of gravity, cantilever, sheet pile and other types of soil retaining construction.
  

Note: All results of the analysis of the structure of civil structures are equipped with detailed design drawings (Detail Engineering Design) in the form of pieces and details of a construction design.


Project Construction Management Scope
 CV. Cipta Konstruksindo as a consulting agency provides special planning consultations in the field of Construction Management (MK) for the owner / owner who wants to obtain an explanation of the project to be implemented. The types of MK consultations that can be given include:

•  Consultation on a Feasibility Study before the project runs.
•  Project financial planning and strategy (Cash Flow) consultation consultancy.
•  Consultation in analyzing project budget design estimates.
•  Consultation on strategies in allocating resources and construction methods that will be used during construction projects.
•  Consultation in project scheduling (Master Scheduled) planning. 
• Analysis and control of time and cost performance during the project (Performanced Scheduled and Project cost)
